A certified yoga and Shaolin Qigong instructor, sound meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and founder of Meditation Hub in Cyprus.

He has lived in Cyprus for over 15 years, guiding individuals and small groups through practices that harmonize the body, awaken the breath, and calm the mind. His unique approach integrates:

  • his own NeuroGymnastics system (awareness + breath + multidirectional movement)
  • deep knowledge of Cyprus' nature, trails, and sacred spots
